2. Alcoholic beverages may only be purchased by customers aged 21 years and above.

3. For deliveries outside Java Island, customers are required to purchase additional wooden packaging, available in the store catalog.

4. All orders are packed with high safety standards using bubble wrap and thick cardboard boxes.

5. Any shipping risks such as delays, damage, breakage, leakage, seepage, loss, or incorrect delivery address are not the seller’s responsibility.

6. Orders will be processed and shipped during store operating hours and in the order they are received.

7. Orders that have been placed cannot be canceled for any reason.

8. The seller’s responsibility ends once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier (courier).

9. Products are shipped according to the variant selected in the system, not based on additional notes or chat messages. Selected variants cannot be exchanged or returned.

10. Product packaging may differ from the photos depending on available stock. The difference is only in the packaging; the contents remain the same.
