Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo is the flagship sake expression from Asahi Shuzo brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture, crafted from premium Yamada-Nishiki rice polished down to 23% of its original size. It delivers a refined and elegant experience with floral-fruity aromas, crisp texture and a smooth, clean finish.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma: Delicate floral notes, melon, apple, and honey-like sweetness.
Palate: Smooth and round with ripe fruit flavors, subtle rice character, and a clean finish.
